On December 15, 2008 Information Technology Xperts (ITX) ceased operations due to turbulent fiscal conditions present in the current economy. This is to inform you that Cypress Systems, Inc., working in conjunction with the legal owner of ITX, Rob Avery has been designated as the sole authorized support representative of former ITX clientele. Mr. Avery is committed to providing former ITX clientele with the best possible support partner available and has made it priority to make the transition to a new support company as seamless as possible.

  1. How is the transition being done?

    Cypress Systems, Inc., in conjunction with Rob Avery, are in the process of contacting all ITX clientele to discuss available support options during this transition. We are doing whatever is necessary to prevent the loss of service during this period.

  2. I purchased a computer through ITX. Will Cypress Systems still support the system?

    Cypress Systems will work with you and the computer manufacturer to resolve any issues that arise. Our engineers can replace common parts that may fail after your systems warranty has expired.

  3. Does Cypress Systems offer phone support for my existing phone system?

    No, all phone support needs are being handled by Mike Mullen at The Phone Man, LTD. You can reach him at 775-815-1575.

  4. I have a current labor contract with ITX; will Cypress System, Inc. honor it?

    Cypress Systems, Inc, will honor all existing labor contracts on a case by case basis.

  5. What happens if I go over hours for a particular week?

    If you require more hours that allocated for a particular week you are billed accordingly for the overage at our regular hourly rate of $115.00/hr, unless specified in your contract.

  6. What if I decide I need more or less time per week?

    Our support contract is designed with flexibility in mind. If you decided that you need to adjust the amount either way we can make the appropriate change on your next billing cycle(approximately every two weeks).

  7. When does an engineer come out?

    We will work with you to come up with a particular day for an engineer to come out every week. They will arrive anytime during the standard business hours of 8am-5pm.

  8. If I need an engineer on another day besides the scheduled day what happens?

    We will send out an engineer if needed but this would be constitute as a issue outside the scope of service for maintenance so you would be billed appropriately.

  9. If I decide I want to cancel can I do this?

    You can cancel at any time we just ask that you give 30-days notice
